Contact matching
Once you have successfully connected your Salesforce account to Rasayel, you will be able to see the Salesforce card on the conversation sidebar of each conversation.

No matching Contact found
- This means that Rasayel was unable to find a Contact or a Lead on your Salesforce account with the same phone number.
- Formatting is important. Your Contacts’ or Leads’ phone numbers on the CRM must include the country code
- If the Contact/Lead is not matched, you can:
- Link this conversation to an existing Salesforce Contact/Lead
- Create a new Contact/Lead in Salesforce linked to this conversation.

Contact/Opportunity/Lead matched
- You can click on View in Salesforce to be redirected to this Lead on Salesforce in a new tab.
- Note: In the matching, Contacts take priority over Leads, meaning that if a WhatsApp Contact matches both a Contact and a Lead, Rasayel will always display the Contact.
- Matched Contacts will always have one account associated, and therefore, only one account will be displayed.
- Matched Contacts can have more than one associated opportunity. In this case, Rasayel will display the most recently updated opportunity and will show an external link to the rest of the opportunities.
