Campaign reports give a breakdown of the campaign on a more granular level. You can see the total number of contacts in the campaign, how many are still to be sent a message, how many are retrying, how many have succeeded, etc.Analyticsandreports Pn

Reading reports

You can also see individual statistics for every message. If they have failed, we will attempt to tell you why they have failed when you hover over their failure status. To access details of the campaign, just click on See Report next to the campaign.Readingreports Pn

Exporting reports

You can export your report whenever you want—simply click Export report on the Campaign Report page. If the report is ready, we will automatically download it to your machine. If not, we’ll generate the export and let you know when it’s ready via an email and a popup notification in the app (Desktop only).
