How to integrate HubSpot with Rasayel

You must already have connected WhatsApp with Rasayel. Read How to Connect WhatsApp to Rasayel for more information.

In Rasayel, Click Settings → Integrations → HubSpot → Connect HubSpot:

A pop-up window opens whereyou go through the HubSpot OAuth flow page.

In the pop-up window, log in to your HubSpot account or if you’re already logged in select your HubSpot account. Then follow these steps

Click Choose Account.
Check the box to confirm that you agree to the terms and privacy policy.
Click Connect app.
The pop up window closes and you’ll see “Success! Integration was added successfully.” on Rasayel.

After integrating HubSpot with Rasayel you can change the settings of your integration:

Automatic contact creation

You can choose to have a HubSpot contact automatically created when you send/receive WhatsApp message in Rasayel

Sync contact properties

See HubSpot properties of Stage, Owner and Company in Rasayel next to each customer chat

Contact Owners and Assignment

When sending a message from HubSpot, make the HubSpot contact owner the Rasayel assignee
When starting a new conversation from HubSpot, automatically assign the Rasayel conversation to the contact owner in HubSpot
Decide who becomes the Rasayel assignee if the HubSpot contact owner does not match a user in Rasayel

You can disconnect the integration either from inside Rasayel or uninstall Rasayel from HubSpot.

Follow the steps below from your Rasayel workspace to disconnect HubSpot from Rasayel:

Click Settings → Integrations → HubSpot

On the next page click Disconnect. In the pop-up window click Deactivate.

That’s it! You’ll see a confirmation that HubSpot is disconnected.

💡

After disconnecting, we do not keep any of your HubSpot data in Rasayel.

Follow these steps to uninstall Rasayel from your HubSpot account:

Log in to your HubSpot account.
Click on your account from the top right corder.
Select Profile & Preferences.
Click Integrations → Connected Apps.
Find WhatsApp for Sales in the list of connected apps. Click Actions → Uninstall.
Type uninstall in the box and click Uninstall.
Select the reason for uninstalling and what you’ll do next.
Click Done.

That’s it. 🙌🏽 Rasayel is disconnected from your HubSpot account.

After uninstalling, we do not keep any of your HubSpot data in Rasayel.

You can still see and do the following after disconnection:

These will not be based on updated activities though.

You cannot see/do the following after disconnection:

You cannot see HubSpot contact card in Rasayel
You cannot see WhatsApp conversation cards on HubSpot contact/deal page
You cannot send WhatsApp messages from HubSpot
You cannot link contacts between HubSpot and Rasayel
You cannot create HubSpot workflows that include sending WhatsApp messages as action
