Sequences allow you to automate customer engagement by sending a structured series of WhatsApp template messages with scheduled intervals. This helps streamline follow-ups, reminders, and also reactivate dormant leads.

Elements of a sequence

  • WhatsApp Templates – Pre-approved message templates sent at different stages.
  • Delays – Scheduled time gaps between messages.
  • Entry points – How contacts are enrolled (manually or via API).
