WhatsApp interactions on Rasayel are automatically logged into a Note on the matched entity. This can help salespersons see the conversation history with this Lead/Contact at a glance Zoho 5 Pn The first message in a conversation will create a new Note. Then, messages sent within 24 hours of every subsequent message will be part of this Note. If the time window between any two messages is more than 24 hours, a new Note will be created.

What’s logged?

  • Message body: contains the contents of the message.
  • Text messages exchanged between your teammates and the contact.
  • Type of the message sent, such as:
    • Text
    • Image
    • Video
    • Attachment
  • Name of the message template used, if any.
  • Information about the teammate who sent the message on Rasayel.
  • Information about the conversation and the WhatsApp channel used.
