Welcome messages
You can now send automated welcome message whenever a customer contacts you on their channel of choice. It can be sent once, when a conversation is created, or a few times within a certain time window (12, 24, or 48 hours).
To set it up:
On your Rasayel dashboard go to Auto replies → Welcome Messages → Add new message
Choose the channels, and compose your welcome message.
One channel can have only one welcome message applied to it.
Now, when your customer texts you for the first time (or for the first time within 12, 24, or 48 hours), they'll receive a welcome message right away. It will look like this:
Away messages
This feature allows you to set up automated out-of-office messages for your channels. These messages are sent automatically when your customer contacts you outside of your chosen office hours.
To set it up:
On your Rasayel dashboard go to Auto replies → Away Messages → Add new message
Add a title:
Create your schedule for this message (choose your time zone and set your working hours) and select the channels it applies to:
Then type your away message and press "Save".
That's it! If a customer contacts you outside of your working hours, they will receive this automated reply 😊
