The Proactive Messaging feature in Rasayel Inbox allows you to easily initiate one-to-one conversations with your customers, all from within the Rasayel platform. With just a few clicks, you can send proactive messages via SMS, WhatsApp, or Viber Business channels.
To get started, simply click the “New Conversation” button in your Inbox.
This will open a new chat window where you can choose from existing contacts or enter a new phone number and select the channel you wish to use for your message (e.g. WhatsApp).
Note that for WhatsApp, you'll need to use pre-approved templates for your messages.
To use one, simply click one of these two buttons and choose one of your approved templates.
Once you've selected your template, edit the placeholders with relevant data and hit “send.”
That's it! Your proactive message will be on its way to your customer in no time.
