With our importing contacts feature you can import users from CSV files.
Here’s how importing is performed
1. Prepare a CSV file with at least three columns: Name, Phone, and Email (these 3 columns are mandatory, even if empty).
2. Go to "All Contacts" -> Click on "Import contacts", then upload your CSV
3. Review your records, and click "Import records"
If any issues occur, you’ll see this error message:
You can do more than just upload customer’s name, phone, and email. Here’s what we support at the moment:
- Uploading csv file with multiple columns with different types.
- Mapping columns to existing data attributes.
- Creating new data attribute for imported columns.
- It’s also possible to ignore certain columns and not import it into data attributes.
