How to enable desktop push notifications

What are Push Notifications?

Push notifications are a mechanism that allows you to get notified on your device when important events occur while you are away.

Some of these events include:

  • A new conversation was initiated by a new contact;
  • A conversation assigned to you gets a new message;
  • Someone on your team mentioned you in a note.
