This feature will help you to attach more useful information to your customers' Rasayel profiles.
Some data attributes are assigned automatically - when a customer texts you for the fist time, we create a new user with their display name and also a phone number (for WhatsApp, SMS, and Viber Business Messages) or a user ID (for other channels).
You can add any attributes to a user manually. It can be an email, customer's real name, their LinkedIn profile, etc. To add it just click on "Add a new property" under contact details:
Data attributes can be managed from settings as well. Just navigate to Data attributes on your Rasayel settings and press on “Create new attribute”
