Conversations appear in the left side of your inbox. It has the list of your chats based on 6 default filters:
- All Conversations
- Assigned to me
- New conversations
You may hide or unhide the conversations.
This includes all of your conversations regardless of their assignee, tags, etc.
Assigned to me
All of the conversations that are assigned to you now are here.
Here is a list of all of the times your team members mentioned you in private notes.
Any conversation that doesn’t have an assignee or is not answered appear here.
If you have a chatbot running, all of the conversations that it is responding to appear in Chatbot. Once a customer finishes the chatbot flow, an action that you defined in your bot flow happens (for example, the conversation gets assigned to a specific team member). When a customer finishes the bot flow or if a team member interrupts the flow, the conversation goes from Chatbot to All conversations inbox.
If the customer stops responding in the middle of chatbot flow, the conversation remains in the Chatbot inbox.
