Contact management helps you improve productivity and efficiency and enables you to maintain structure in your marketing campaigns and customer support efforts.
You can import your contact list as well as add your contacts manually.
Importing
Importing contacts into Rasayel is a straightforward process. You only need to import a .csv file with your customers’ information (name, phone number and email).
You can add multiple columns with different types of data attributes by uploading a .csv file that already contains these attributes and creating new data attributes on Rasayel for imported columns.
Columns also can be mapped to existing data attributes manually. Or you can ignore specific columns and not import them into data attributes.
Manual creation
When creating a new contact, filling in all the fields is not compulsory. Simply providing the email or phone number is sufficient.
Search
You can search through your contact list by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+F" to instantly activate the search bar.
You can easily search for specific contacts using various criteria such as:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
Enter the relevant information into the search bar, and the contact list will display the matching results.
Filters
In Rasayel, you can easily filter your contact list by:
- Email address
- Phone number
- User name
- Created (after or before a certain date)
- Tags
- Data attributes
You can select multiple filters and customize your search results based on your preferences. By tapping “ALL” or “ANY” filters, you can control whether you want to view results that match all of the selected filters or any of them. This allows you to refine your search further and find contacts that precisely meet your specified criteria.
