Prerequisites:

1. You need an Instagram Business Account. 2. Your Instagram Business Account should be connected to your Facebook Page.

To connect your Instagram account and your Facebook page:

Go to your Facebook Page → Click on Page Settings → Click Instagram in the left column, then click Connect Account. You can find Facebook guide here.

3. You must enable Business Messaging on your Instagram Account through Instagram mobile app. Here's how you can do it:

Step 1: Select Facebook and Instagram channels

1.1. In Rasayel, select Channels.

1.2. Click on Facebook and Instagram.

1.3. Click Connext account.

Step 2: Follow the authorization steps

Step 3: Select your Instagram Business Accounts

Step 4: Select your Facebook Pages

Make sure to keep the following permissions and click Done:

Step 5: Click OK to get redirected back to Rasayel

Step 6: Select the Pages you want to activate by clicking "Connect"

That's it!‌

Your Facebook and Instagram accounts are connected 🤩 You can now receive and respond to your messages from Rasayel.
