Important:
- Please do not skip any step, to ensure that the connection is successful.
- Please make sure you have your 360dialog WhatsApp Account API Key. This would've likely been provided to you by the 360dialog team via email during your application process. It can also be obtained from your 360dialog Hub account.
Step 1: 360dialog WhatsApp account + Rasayel subscription
First, make sure you have a WhatsApp account with 360dialog. If you don't, read this:

Step 2: Add 360dialog WhatsApp channel
2.1. In your Rasayel dashboard, Select Channels.
2.2. Click on WhatsApp.
2.3. Click 360Dialog.
2.4. Press Advanced setup.
2.5. On the next page give your channel a name.
2.6. Press Proceed to next step.

Step 3: Copy 360dialog account settings into Rasayel
For this step, you'll need the 360dialog WhatsApp account confirmation email at hand. It contains your API key. You can also obtain this key from your 360dialog Hub:
Please store this key safely. Once generated, you will no longer be able to view it from your 360dialog Hub.
Paste this API key along with your WhatsApp phone number into your Rasayel WhatsApp setup page from step 2:
Click on Save settings.
That's it!
Your 360dialog WhatsApp account is connected 🤩 You can now receive and respond to your WhatsApp messages from Rasayel.
