Campaigns

Our Campaigns feature allows you to send bulk WhatsApp messages to a group of Rasayel customers.

You can filter your Rasayel customers, compose your WhatsApp message, and send your message to the matching customers.

To set up your Campaign:

Log in to Rasayel -> Campaigns -> Create a campaign

Step 1: Basics

Choose your channel and name your campaign

Step 2: Define your audience

Choose your customers based on one of the filters or combination of them. Filters that are supported:

• Email address
• Phone number
• Tag
• Data attribute
• Contact creation date

Step 3: Compose your message

Choose your template and define your variables. Variables can be replaced manually or automatically with Rasayel Data attributes.

Step 4: Preview your campaign

At this step you can review your message and list of customers once again. And if you’re happy with your campaign, just press Publish.

That’s it, your campaign is set live and messages are sent to your customers 🙌
