Our AI Assistant generates suggested replies to your customers’ questions, based on the information in your knowledge base.
Here's how it works: the assistant analyses the last few messages that the customer sent, finds the parts in the knowledge base that are relevant to these message and then formulates an answer based on that.
You only need to upload your knowledge base to Rasayel and Rasayel AI Assistant will take care of the rest.
Upload Your Knowledge Base
- Go to Settings.
- Click AI Assistant.
- Click Upload files and upload your knowledge base file. It could only be in PDF or doc or CSV or txt.
- You see your document and a confirmation message (at the top right corner) that your document is uploaded.
Use AI Assistant to Answer Customers
The AI Assistant button is in the composer box of the chat with a customer. To use it,
- Click the AI Assistant button.
- Wait for a few seconds until an answer appears in the composer box.
- Make changes to the answer if necessary.
- Click Send.
