How to uninstall Rasayel from a HubSpot account

Follow these steps to uninstall Rasayel from your HubSpot account

1. Log in to your HubSpot account.
2. Click on your account from the top right corder.
3. Select Profile & Preferences.
4. Click Integrations → Connected Apps.
5. Find WhatsApp for Sales in the list of connected apps.
6. Click Actions → Uninstall.
7. Type uninstall in the box and click Uninstall.
8. Select the reason for uninstalling and what you’ll do next.
9. Click Done.

That’s it. 🙌🏽 Rasayel is disconnected from your HubSpot account.

How does uninstalling Rasayel from HubSpot affect you?

You can still see and do the following after disconnection:

• View all of the activity logs on HubSpot contact page
• Create HubSpot engagement reports

These will not be based on updated activities though.

You cannot see/do the following after disconnection:

• You cannot see HubSpot contact card in Rasayel
• You cannot see WhatsApp conversation cards on HubSpot contact/deal page
• You cannot send WhatsApp messages from HubSpot
• You cannot link contacts between HubSpot and Rasayel
• You cannot create HubSpot workflows that include sending WhatsApp messages as action
