Whether you're searching for specific messages or contacts, with our search feature, you can easily navigate through your conversations and effortlessly retrieve the information you're looking for.
Search
You can access the search feature by using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+F or by clicking the magnifier icon on the left sidebar.
To find a specific message or contact, simply type a name, number, or keyword into the search bar and our system will instantly display all relevant results.
You can also search within a selected conversation.
Sorting
Our search allows you to customize how your results are sorted, giving you greater control over how you view your content. Once you've entered your search query, simply click on the sorting options to choose how you want your results to be displayed.
You can view:
- All results
- Contacts
- Messages
Messages can be sorted by:
- Relevance
- Date (oldest or newest).
You can further refine your search by sorting your results by date.
When you view messages, you can see the results for the chosen period of time. Simply select from the available options:
- All Time
- Today
- This Week
- This Month.
Search inside a conversation
You can also search for keywords inside a selected conversation. Click the magnifying icon at the top right corner and type the word you are looking for. Hit Enter and the results will appear on the left side of your screen. By clicking each of the results, you can view every message in that conversation that contains the word you searched for.
Our search is not limited by your active filters. That means you can easily access everything you need without any back-and-forth.
