Rasayel is a WhatsApp sales platform that helps teams do sales better over WhatsApp.

Rasayel is near-native, meaning it supports WhatsApp’s major features. These include inbound and outbound text, voice messages, images, videos, gifs and emojis.

Contact Matching & Creation
Contact Matching
We automatically match Rasayel contacts to equivalent HubSpot contacts, and display this information on the right sidebar of your Rasayel inbox.
Our HubSpot integration will attempt to match a Rasayel contact by email and phone number, and will show any matched contacts.
When you activate your HubSpot integration, at the right sidebar of each customer chat, you’ll see the HubSpot contact card. It’s a dropdown menu:
There are two different states a contact can have.
- No matching contact found
This will appear for contacts whose email and phone were not found on any of your HubSpot contacts.
- One contact matched
This will appear when we successfully match a contact. We’ll display the properties that we fetched from HubSpot on the HubSpot contact card in Rasayel.
Clicking on View in HubSpot will redirect you to the contact profile page on HubSpot.
Contact Creation
You can also create a new HubSpot contact for a Rasayel user right from your Rasayel inbox. When you press Create new contact in HubSpot, we will automatically create a HubSpot contact with the information of the Rasayel user (their first and last name, phone number and email address).
Import contact list from HubSpot to Rasayel
You can import a HubSpot contact list to Rasayel. The list will include the contacts’ names, phone numbers and email addresses.
You can see the contact’s HubSpot information as a contact card in Rasayel.
You can also filter the list and send bulk messages to your contacts in Rasayel.
HubSpot CRM extension features
Your WhatsApp conversations with a contact appear as a CRM card on the right side of the HubSpot contact page.
WhatsApp conversations associated with a deal appear as a CRM card on the right side of the HubSpot deal page.
The CRM card will allow you to:
- See the list of conversations with a few details (creation date, which WhatsApp channel it came from, and the last message’s timestamp):
- Redirect to a certain conversation in Rasayel.
Click on the Conversation link above the conversation you’d like to open in the Rasayel app.
This will open that coversation in Rasayel in a new tab.
- Open an embedded Rasayel inbox inside HubSpot to send & receive messages.
Click on Actions → Open Conversation
It will look like this:
- Send a proactive message to a user by clicking the Send message button.
This option will be available even if a contact does not have any Rasayel conversations.
Please note:
In order to use the Open Conversation and Send Message functionalities, you must be invited to the Rasayel workspace.
Activity Logging
We use activity logging to attach the conversation history to a HubSpot contact’s profile. The activities are logged every 3 hours. For example, all of the activities from 09:00 AM until 12:00 PM are logged at 12:00 PM as one log.
