# Introduction and pricing

The WhatsApp Business Platform is official, secure, and reliable method that allows businesses worldwide to engage with their customers effectively. With the WhatsApp Business Platform, your account operates entirely in the cloud and does not connect with the standard WhatsApp mobile app. It is accessible only through the Rasayel inbox.

## **WhatsApp pricing**

Businesses are charged per conversation based on a conversation category. Each conversation includes all messages delivered in a 24-hour session.

Per-message pricing will apply to all businesses starting July 1, 2025. With per-message pricing, businesses will be charged:

* Per delivered marketing template message
* Per delivered authentication template message
* Per delivered utility template message, if delivered outside of a customer service window
