# Overview

The Pipedrive integration with Rasayel lets you connect your Pipedrive account with your Rasayel workspace. This helps you manage, track, and sync customer interactions without leaving your workspace.

* **Automatic contact matching –** Rasayel matches Rasayel contacts with Pipedrive People.
* **View Pipedrive contact details –** See People, Deals, and Organizations properties from Pipedrive inside Rasayel.
* **Log WhatsApp conversations –** Conversations on Rasayel are stored as Activities in Pipedrive.
* **Create People in Pipedrive –** Quickly create a Pipedrive Person from an unmatched Rasayel contact.
* **Manual contact linking –** If auto-matching fails, you can link contacts manually.
* **Custom analytics –** Create reports using WhatsApp message data inside Pipedrive.
