# Contact matching
Rasayel automatically matches contacts by **phone number**.
### Contact match states
1. **No matching Person found**
* Rasayel couldn't find a Person with the same phone number.
* Phone numbers in Pipedrive must include country code.
* You can link to an **existing** Pipedrive contact or create a new one.
2. **Matching Person found**
* Rasayel displays the **Person’s** info, along with linked **Deal** and **Organization** if they exist.
### Embedded Rasayel window
You can open Rasayel directly inside Pipedrive. This lets you start conversations, assign them, send messages, view history, and write notes — all without leaving your CRM.
